Crochet Latte  es Katherine Heise una fotógrafa australiana que diseña unos patrones de ganchillo preciosos y que descubrí buscando cosas bonitas para hacerle a mi sobrina.

Su fuente de inspiración son sus hijas, para las que crea gorros, vestidos, mitones, cuellos... todo con un gusto exquisito.

Cuando descubrí su página tuve el impulso inmediato de querer hacer todos sus patrones, así que seguramente me veréis escribir sobre ella otra vez.

 

Si estáis buscando ideas originales y bonitas para hacer a niñas pequeñas echadle un vistazo a sus creaciones.

 

 

Crochet Latte is Katherine Heise an australian photographer who designs beautiful crochet patterns that I discovered while searching pretty things to make for my niece.

 

Her inspiration source are her daughters, for whom she creates bonnets, dresses, fingerless gloves, cowls... all with an exquisite taste.

 

When I discovered her website I felt the immediate impulse of wanting to make all her patterns, so you will surely see me writing about her again.

Happy (Crafting) Weekend

Este fin de semana quiero empezar un pequeño proyecto que me ronda por la cabeza desde hace unos días.

Mis DIY favoritos / My favorite DIYs # 12 - Drop Stitch Cowl

Siendo un poco previsora no me he dejado llevar (del todo) por la emoción de la primavera y he hecho un último cuello de punto con lana calentita.

El patrón es Drop Stitch Cowl  de Abi Gregorio y lo tenía guardado entre mis favoritos de Ravelry desde hace tiempo.

Es un proyecto muy sencillo y rápido de hacer (yo lo terminé en un fin de semana) y me gusta tanto que seguramente lo haré en más colores.


Being a little foresighted I didn't let myself be (totally) swept along by the thrill of spring and I've made a last knit cowl with warm wool.

The pattern is  Drop Stitch Cowl  by  Abi Gregorio and I had it among my favorites in Ravelry a long time ago.

It is a very easy and quick to make project (I finished it in one weekend) and I like it that much that I will surely make it in more colours.

Hace mucho que no actualizaba esta sección, pero hoy vuelvo con una de mis tiendas favoritas de Etsy: Memi the Rainbow.

En ella podéis encontrar sellos de goma carvados a mano por Patricia inspirándose en el mundo kawaii y en los dibujos animados. El resultado son unos sellos muy bonitos y de gran calidad ideales para decorar artículos de papelería, regalos o incluso ropa.

Yo ya tengo un pedacito del universo Memi the Rainbow en mi casa porque el verano pasado fui la afortunada ganadora de un sorteo que organizó en su blog.

It's been a long time since I last updated this section, but today I am back with one of my favorite Etsy shops: Memi the Rainbow.

There you can find hand carved rubber stamps made by Patricia who gets inspiration from kawaii world and cartoons. The result are very pretty and high quality stamps perfect to decorate stationery, gifts or even clothes.

I already have a piece of Memi the Rainbow universe at home as last summer I was the lucky winner of a giveaway she organised in her blog.
