Since last summer fluor colours are a fashion trend.
Personally, I like them in small doses as a complement to neutral colours (grey, ecru, taupe…), adding a special touch to apparently simple outfits.
Thus, when I discovered a cotton yarn in fluor yellow in Citronille e-shop I didn’t have any doubt. The name of the colour made me fall completely in love, “Limoncello”, as the famous Sorrentine liquor which I like so much…
As it is a very particular yarn I had many doubts on what should I use it for, because I wanted it to be something that I could enjoy often. So at last I decided to make a flower brooch that I can wear all summer long.
