Wool Lovers ♥ 6 - ZARA

Esta temporada otoño-invierno en ZARA han pensado en los amantes de la lana y han diseñado una colección de prendas de punto que son una maravilla.

Hay un poco de todo: chaquetas largas, jerséis amplios, detalles de ganchillo y granny-chic...

Para mí es una gran fuente de inspiración no sólo para saber qué es lo que se va a llevar sino también para coger ideas para tejer o hacer con ganchillo, así que... después de ver este avance de temporada ya no me da tanta pena que se termine el verano.

This autumn-winter season in ZARA they have thought in wool lovers and they have designed a wonderful collection of knitted garments.

There's a little bit of everything: long cardigans, big sweaters, crochet and granny-chic details... 

For me it is a great source of inspiration not only to know upcoming fashion trends but also to grab some ideas to knit or crochet, so... after seeing this season preview I don't feel so sorry about the end of summer anymore.

Mi Muñeca de Ganchillo... En el Campo / My Crochet Doll... In the Country

Hace un mes os hablaba del libro de Isabelle Kessedjian y hoy os presento a mi primera muñeca de ganchillo, una pequeña granjera de amigurumi.

Como ya os conté, el libro está muy bien porque se puede personalizar la muñeca a nuestro gusto empezando por el cuerpo y luego realizando la ropa. Mi consejo es que sigáis este orden y que vayáis probando si las prendas van bien de talla porque yo tuve que hacer algunas cambios con respecto a las instrucciones del patrón.

La parte que más me costó hacer fue el pelo porque, aunque no tiene mucha complicación, hay que ir hebra por hebra con lo que se tarda bastante tiempo.

A parte de estas pequeñas peculiaridades el patrón es muy fácil así que os animo a hacer vuestra propia muñeca de ganchillo aunque ya os adelanto que son todas tan monas que os va a costar decidiros por qué modelo empezar... 

One month ago I talked to you about  Isabelle Kessedjian book and today I am introducing you my first crochet doll, a little  amigurumi farmer girl.

As I already told you, the book is really good because you can customise the doll according to your preferences starting by the body and then making the clothes. My suggestion is that yo follow this order and that you try whether the garments fit well as I had to make some adjustments with regard to pattern instructions.

The part it took me most was making the hair as, although it is not difficult at all, you have to make it thread by thread so it takes quite a long time.

Apart from these small peculiarities the pattern is very easy so I encourage you to make your own crochet doll although I am telling you in advance that they are all so cute that is going to be difficult for you to choose which one to start with...

Mis DIY favoritos / My favorite DIYs # 24 - Washi Tape dispenser

Como buena amante de las manualidades tengo una ligera adicción al washi tape. Tengo rollos de todos los colores y estampados aunque, como ya os podéis imaginar, muchos nunca son suficientes.

Hay muchas opciones para guardarlos (en mi caso un tarro de cristal IKEA) pero si os apetece darle un toque DIY podéis coger la idea de la genial Pfefferminzgruen y hacer vuestro propio portarrollos de washi tape.

As a real crafts lover I have a slight addiction to washi tape. I have rolls in every colour and print although, as you can imagine, many are never enough.

There are many options to keep them organised (in my case an IKEA jar) but if you want to add your own DIY touch you can follow the idea of the great  Pfefferminzgruen and make your own washi tape dispenser.

Happy (Crafting) Weekend

Todavía quedan algunas semanas de verano pero recibir el número de otoño de Pom Pom Quarterly  hace que el viernes sea un poco más alegre.
