Me encanta hacer cosas para niños, así que cuando me encargaron hacer un vestidito para Ane (la primita de Martina) me hizo mucha ilusión.
El patrón original era una camiseta de un catálogo de Phildar, pero la mamá de Ane quería que fuera un vestido corto, así que tuve que adaptar el patrón a sus medidas. También pensó que quedaría muy bien con una braguita a juego. Siguiendo otro modelo de la misma marca le propuse hacer una de lunares con el color que ella quisiera y dio en el clavo eligiendo un tono coral claro.
A la vista del resultado creo que hacemos un buen equipo.
I love making things for kids, so when I received an order to make a little dress for Ane (Martina's dear cousin) I was very excited.
The original pattern was a top from a Phildar catalogue, but Ane's mom wanted it to be a short dress, so I had to adjust the pattern to her measures. She also thought that it would look very well with a matching bloomer. Basing on a pattern from the same Brand I proposed to make one with dots in a colour of her choice and she hit the mark choosing a light coral shade.
Taking a look at the result I think we make a great team.
