Hace unos meses me encargaron hacer una mantita de ganchillo para Martina, un bebé que estaba a punto de nacer.
Nunca antes había hecho una manta y me hizo mucha ilusión recibir un encargo tan especial ,así que junto con la mamá de Martina, elegí el modelo y los colores y me puse manos a la obra!
La mantita esté hecha con lana DROPS Nepal que es muy suavecita y calentita. Aunque me ha llevado bastante tiempo hacer los cuadraditos y unirlos, he disfrutado un montón así que seguramente después de esta manta vendrán muchas más.
A couple of months ago I was requested to make a crochet baby blanket for Martina, a baby girl who was about to born.
I had never done a blanket before and I was very happy to receive such an special order, so me and Martina's mum, chose the pattern and the colours and I got down to work!
The baby blanket is made with DROPS Nepal yarn which is very soft and warm. Although it took me a little while to make and bind all the squares, I really enjoyed it so I am pretty sure that after this blanket I will make many more.
