Inspiración: 5 gorros para tejer en invierno / Inspiration: 5 hats to knit in Winter

Sé que el invierno se está terminando pero todavía quedan días fríos y ventosos para lucir un bonito gorro de lana así que no se me ocurre mejor manera de terminar el stash de lana que con alguno de estos maravillosos proyectos.

De entre los cinco gorros que os propongo ya os adelanto que hay uno que ya he tejido, otro que está en proceso y otro más que será el siguiente en mis agujas...

¿Con cuál os quedáis?

I know that Winter is finishing but there will still be some cold and windy days to wear a nice wool hat so I can't find a better way to finish the wool stash that with one of these wonderful projects.

Among the five hats I suggest you I am telling you in advance that I have already knitted one, there's another one in progress and one more that will be next on my needles...

I love Tartan

La semana pasada aproveché los descuentos del Black Friday para hacerme por fin  con el patrón del maravilloso cuello de lana con estampado tartan  de  Wool and the Gang  del que os hablé aquí. 

El precio del kit completo me parecía un poco elevado, así que cuando vi que se podía comprar el patrón por separado no lo dudé ni un minuto.

Me llegó por correo a finales de la semana pasada y venía con sorpresa: un juego de dos agujas laneras y una pegatina plateada muy navideña.

Seguramente no voy a poder empezarlo hasta que pase la Navidad, pero ya he elegido la lana que voy a utilizar. 

¡Qué ganas de empezar a tejer mi Tartan Lula Hoop !

Last week I took advantage of Black Friday discounts to finally get the pattern of the wonderful tartan wool cowl by  Wool and the Gang I told you about here.

I found the whole kit a little bit expensive, so when I saw I could buy only the pattern I didn't hesitate a minute.

I received it by mail at the end of last week and it included a surprise: a set of two wool needles and a Christmas inspired silver sticker.

I probably won't start it until Christmas is over, but I have already chosen the wool I will use.

Can't wait to start knitting my  Tartan Lula Hoop!

Cosas que me gustan / Things I like # 21 Wool and the Gang "Into the Wild"

La semana pasada me llegó un correo de Wool and the Gang  en el que presentaban su nueva colección "Into the Wild" en la que proponen prendas de punto con estampado animal.

Yo nunca he sido muy partidaria de los estampados felinos, pero he de confesar que desde hace dos años en mi armario hay varias prendas "animal print" en versión moderna. 

Por eso cuando vi las propuestas de Wool and the Gang  me encantaron, sobre todo porque son prendas muy fáciles de llevar y el estampado animal les da un toque muy divertido.

¿Qué os parece?

Last week I received an email from Wool and the Gang  presenting their new collection called  "Into the Wild" which is focused on animal print knitwear.

I have never been very keen on feline prints, but I must confess that since two years ago there are several modern animal print clothes on my wardrobe.

So when I saw what  Wool and the Gang propose I loved it, specially because they are easy to wear clothes and the animal print gives a very funny touch.
